Nilea called me yesterday and we have our plan to rendezvous at the Frankfurt, Germany airport.  We will have a long lay-over in Frankfurt, with plenty time to have brunch together; and I will share the Egypt travel book I bought.  Of course I forgot some things, but the bags are packed and I am not re-packing again! I DID remember to pack a swim suit. (I just hope I have not exceeded the weight limit on the bags.) Yikes, packing for a 4 week-long international journey is tricky.  BUT, I think I am good to go ...  Earl has been fabulously helpful even as he is packing to get out the door for his week at PeaceMakers Camp.  This morning the reality has hit me - I am leaving for 24 hours of travel TODAY.  I have resolved to be a Happy Camper, as my Good Friend Eleanor taught me to do.  I spoke with Stephanie L. at the VSA arts Home Office on Friday, and we agreed to have a check-in phone call early next week to confirm our arrival, etc.
