Jaehn is employed as a Professional Learning Drama Teaching Artist with the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, working in school residencies and training classroom educators and emerging/developing teaching artists.

Jaehn is included in the VSA online Artist Registry, and she was a member of the 2007-2010 Georgia Council for the Arts Touring Artists Roster, the Teaching Artists Bank, and the Arts Education Consultants Bank. She has also worked with the Educational Theater Program of Kaiser Permanente of Georgia.

Jaehn is also a member of the 2006-2007 inaugural class of VSA Teaching Artist Fellows, and she was a presenter with the VSA Institute professional development program.  From 2002 through 2005 Jaehn performed with Atlanta's only integrated professional modern dance company, Full Radius Dance.
