Jaehn is employed as Director of Artistic Development with VSA arts of Georgia in Atlanta, coordinating Arts for All Gallery, a small non-commercial visual art exhibition space, as well as managing Institute activities and arts-in-education residency programming. From February through April of 2006, Jaehn also served the agency as the Interim Executive Director.
In addition to her "day-job," Jaehn freelances as a performing artist, touring nationally to perform her orginal one-woman shows, Belle's on Wheels and Tail Tell Tale. She is also a GA Wolf Trap Teaching Artist, working with the Tony Award winning Alliance Theater and their Institute for Educators and Teaching Artists to provide in-school residency programs. Jaehn also works with the Kaiser Permanente Educational Theater, and she is a 2007 VSA artsTeaching Artist Fellow. Jaehn also danced professionally for three years (2002-2005), with Atlanta's only integrated professional modern dance company, Full Radius Dance.
