Three Black Dogs

... made significant contributions to my training, and to my spiritual and emotional development as a humane being.  Each was adopted into my home and heart during different phases of my life; and each has crossed the Rainbow Bridge to frolick together forever leash-free ... until i make my own crossing, and can join in the frolick!


Bodacious Belle Clare

Bodacious ~ she of the OH! SO Soft Ears! ~ was the little puppy-girl that i adopted after Belle was killed in a run-in with a red truck.  Bodacious crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 29, 2009.


Clancy Bojangles

Bojangles on the rocks.

Mr. Bojangles, who was known as "Bo," was the first dog i adopted upon returning to the USA in 1991, after living abroad for 2+ years.  Bojangles was released from his old body on June 6, 2008, under the tender loving care of Dr. Karen Jordan, DVM.

Belle was the first dog Jaehn adopted after moving to Atlanta in 2000.  Belle died under the wheels of a red truck ~ which i unfortunately witnessed ~ on February 3, 2003.
